Police Track License Plate, Find Suspect At Home

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A man admitted to police that he robbed the Circle K on West Market Street in Greensboro Sunday, police said.

Police said Harry Conrad Naico, 26, went into the store and asked for cigarettes.

As he was buying the cigarettes, police said, he pulled his T-shirt over his face, told the clerk he had a gun and demanded money.

The vehicle he was driving was spotted and police said they tracked the license plate number to his home address.

Police caught up with Naico at his home on West Market Street, where he confessed to the robbery and turned over the stolen items, police said.

He was arrested and charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and was being held at the Guilford County Jail on a $70,000 secured bond.
